Do I need much experience with training?
Not particularly, the course starts easy and progressive for anyone and help is on hand if you need regressions and advice with the online private community included in the purchase.
Do I need a kettlebell specifically and what weight?
Yes. Just 1 light Kettlebell can start you off. I suggest if you are not very experienced in the gym and don't feel confident then for men and women, 8-12kg and 4-6kg respectively.
Do I need anything else?
A mat to train on and someway to time what you are doing and a way to view the programme.
Is this just for beginners?
No. This can simply be scaled up with more weight to challenge yourself with, the movements are chosen to challenge the whole body, no matter how strong you are.
Can I do this alongside something else? Do I have to follow it exactly?
Of course. This is designed to be time-efficient for each session for a blend of skills and strength. It could be well complimented with further training!
